Este d\u00e9ficit obliga a los compresores a rendir m\u00e1s para mantener la presi\u00f3n, lo cual supone un mayor gasto energ\u00e9tico. Los secadores de adsorci\u00f3n regenerados en fr\u00edo DRYPOINT AC son la soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s convincente para resolver este problema: sus p\u00e9rdidas de presi\u00f3n se limitan a una media de 0,35 bar, incluyendo prefiltro y postfiltro, lo cual representa el 50% de las p\u00e9rdidas habituales en los secadores de adsorci\u00f3n convencionales. Durante las fases de parada del compresor no se consume aire de regeneraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gran seguridad en el funcionamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normalmente, cuando se instala un secador de adsorci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de un dep\u00f3sito de aire, el primero se sobredimensiona para evitar el riesgo de una sobrecarga si el secador funciona sincronizado con el compresor. El DRYPOINT AC \u2013 instalado detr\u00e1s del dep\u00f3sito \u2013 es bastante m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico y seguro. El sistema de gesti\u00f3n de energ\u00eda opcional calcula autom\u00e1ticamente el tiempo de marcha en inercia partiendo de los datos de la estaci\u00f3n. Durante ese tiempo, el secador permanece activo, evit\u00e1ndose as\u00ed el peligro de sobrecarga. En ese caso, ya no tendr\u00e1 sentido sobredimensionar ning\u00fan componente del sistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facilidad de mantenimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El controlador electr\u00f3nico contiene un m\u00f3dulo de servicio integrado con indicaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de los intervalos de mantenimiento y una interfaz para PC para la vigilancia y el diagn\u00f3stico remotos.
