A lo largo de un periodo de funcionamiento de cinco a\u00f1os, el coste de la inversi\u00f3n en el secador s\u00f3lo supone entre el 20% y el 30% de los gastos totales del secador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cambio, entre el 70% y el 80% de los gastos corresponden a los costes de funcionamiento corrientes. Un tercio de estos costes son la electricidad, otro tercio est\u00e1 originado por resistencias al aire comprimido en el sistema y el \u00faltimo tercio procede de p\u00e9rdidas de aire comprimido por fugas. Las ca\u00eddas de presi\u00f3n en puntos neur\u00e1lgicos de la instalaci\u00f3n debe compensarse con una mayor potencia del compresor, lo que conlleva una demanda adicional de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DRYPOINT RA<\/strong> permite reducir casi hasta la mitad los costes de funcionamiento a lo largo de un periodo de cinco a\u00f1os. El c\u00e1lculo del retorno de la inversi\u00f3n muestra todo el potencial de la nueva generaci\u00f3n de secadores frigor\u00edficos: los equipos se amortizan en tan solo seis meses de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Utilizaci\u00f3n sin l\u00edmites: tipos y aplicaciones de DRYPOINT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los secadores frigor\u00edficos de aire comprimido refrigerados por aire <strong>DRYPOINT RA<\/strong> completan la gama de secadores de BEKO TECHNOLOGIES con una nueva alternativa econ\u00f3mica. La amplia oferta de modelos RA permite adaptar de forma \u00f3ptima el tratamiento del aire comprimido a las condiciones de funcionamiento espec\u00edficas. El tama\u00f1o del intercambiador de calor no solo propicia una refrigeraci\u00f3n especialmente eficaz, sino que tambi\u00e9n minimiza la resistencia al flujo.\nControl centralizado de la evacuaci\u00f3n de condensados y el secado<\/p>\n<p>Los secadores frigor\u00edficos DRYPOINT RA est\u00e1n equipados de serie con un BEKOMAT.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-852\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vedetech.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/foto111.jpg\" alt=\"foto1\" width=\"169\" height=\"190\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El controlador del sistema\u00a0<strong>DMC 18<\/strong>\u00a0se encarga de regular y vigilar el purgador de condensados regulado por nivel, incluyendo la visualizaci\u00f3n de todo tipo de avisos de aver\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el controlador\u00a0<strong>DMC 24<\/strong>, un sistema de drenaje avanzado (Advanced Draining System, ADS) registra los mensajes de estado del purgador de condensados y emite el correspondiente aviso de advertencia.
